Inskip is an associate at PooranLaw. He practises primarily in the areas of corporate law, charities law, estate planning & administration, and pensions law. Inskip articled at the firm from 2021 to 2022.
Prior to joining PooranLaw, Inskip practised law as a barrister and solicitor in St. Kitts & Nevis in the Eastern Caribbean. He managed his own practice and represented clients in a range of legal matters including local & cross-border commercial disputes, corporate formation & finance, property litigation & transactions, immigration & citizenship, estate administration, and offshore corporate governance.
He also worked as senior in-house counsel in the legal department of a banking group where he handled lending transactions, insurance disputes, estate administration & trust management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
Inskip was an intern at a prominent full-service law firm in Trinidad & Tobago and at a leading public law litigation firm in St. Kitts & Nevis. He also taught contract, tort, and property law as a substitute lecturer at a sixth form college.
He is an accredited civil/commercial mediator in England, and a notary public for Ontario.
