Biography

Tony Ma is an associate lawyer at PooranLaw. His practice focuses on wills and estate planning, particularly through the use of Henson Trusts. His other practice areas include estate administration, advising beneficiaries, and assisting Ontario Disability Support Program recipients. Whether he is guiding parents on how to leave an inheritance for their child with a disability or advocating before the Social Benefits Tribunal, Tony brings a compassionate and pragmatic approach to his work.

Prior to joining PooranLaw, Tony worked at a premier estate litigation law firm in Toronto. He was also a legal intern at the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, where he assisted Tribunal Members and Counsel on various human rights legal matters.
