Graeme Wyatt is an associate lawyer at PooranLaw practicing in the areas of Labour and Employment, Human Rights, and Contract law. As a sibling of a person with disabilities, Graeme is proud to advocate for organizations and families across Ontario that enable individuals with disabilities to live happy, safe, and fulfilling lives.
Prior to joining PooranLaw, Graeme summered and articled at a leading Bay Street management-side labour and employment boutique firm, providing support to national and international clients in a variety of contexts.
While attending the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, Graeme undertook numerous projects related to social justice and community building, conducting legal research for an Indigenous organization as part of the Debwewin Summer Fellowship, and winning a mentorship award from the Students’ Law Society in 2023. He is especially proud of his volunteer work with Citizens with Disabilities Ontario and Pro Bono Students Canada, winning the 2021 Chief Justice Richard Wagner award for the Toronto chapter.
Prior to law school, Graeme received a B.A. (Hons) with high distinction from the University of Toronto, majoring in Political Science. He also worked as a Research Assistant for the Division of Preventive Medicine, Department of Medicine at the University of Alberta, co-authoring papers published in various scientific journals.
